Bill Bales, President
Bill Bales will lead Clarity.Golf as its President.  Bales is the former founder of Friendly Software, Inc., which produced a series of award winning computer golf game simulations including Microsoft Golf, which was the most used off the shelf PC game in U.S. homes.  Bales also initiated the AboutGolf World Tours in 1999, which was a landmark online gaming facility which saw over 20 million online competitive rounds played in a three year period, with ten independent fan sites.  The game was named by USA Today as the best free game on the web in a sectional front page article.  Friendly saw the distribution of more computer golf games overall than any other company in history.  In 2002, Bales founded AboutGolf, which disrupted the indoor golf simulator industry with advanced radar tracking and superior play software.  In 2007, AboutGolf was named to the INC 500 fastest growing private companies in America, ranked 21st among tech companies.  AboutGolf went on in 2008 to disrupt the industry a second time with the first true machine vision (imaging) golf ball/club tracking technology, developed by a third party company Bales co-founded.  That technology remains the industry standard.  AboutGolf and Bales were recognized worldwide as the technology and innovation leader in indoor golf, introducing over fifty innovations most of which are industry standard today.  Bales' experience, worldwide relationships in golf, and track record of innovation and success in the golf industry are expected to serve Clarity.Golf well.

Randy Henry, Consulting Founder
Randy Henry is a world renowned golf teaching professional and the father of modern club fitting.  As a golf teacher, Randy has been voted one of America’s top teachers by Golf Digest as well as the #1 teacher in the state of Idaho. He has coached winners on the PGA, LPGA and Champions Tours as well as some of the world’s top collegiate and junior golfers. He has worked with various universities, businesses, and national golf teams to develop instructional programs including in the development Russia's national golf programs and as the head coach of the Russian National Team.  Randy is the founder of Henry-Griffitts custom club and club fitting company, and originated the lie board, interchangeable heads, dynamic fitting, and the club-fitting cart, all of which have become industry standards.  Randy also is the first golf teacher to utilize force plates, and in club design Randy initiated club specification standards that the entire industry later matched.  Randy Henry is truly one of golf's seminal geniuses in teaching, club fitting, and club design.  Mr. Henry will exclusively work with Clarity.Golf with respect to the integration of Mr. Henry's golf learning and club fitting knowledge with Clarity's proprietary learning science and golf ball, club, and player tracking IP

Dr. Gary Gray, Consulting Founder
Dr. Gary Gray PT, FAFS, is the CEO and Founder of The Gray Institute, internationally acclaimed for its innovation, development, mastery, and delivery of Applied Functional Science®. Dr. Renee Powell, Consulting Founder
Renee Powell is the Head Professional at Clearview Golf Club, built by her father, William “Bill” Powell, during times of racial adversity and segregation.  She also is the Managing Director of the Clearview Legacy Foundation, whose mission includes the use of golf as a tool to reach and educate youngsters, minorities, seniors, troubled individuals, women military veterans, and those with mental and physical challenges.  In 1967, Renee became the second African-American woman to compete on the LPGA Tour.  In 2011, she launched Clearview H.O.P.E., a cost-free, year-round therapeutic and recreational golf program specifically for women veterans.  In 2015, she received honorary membership into the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, Scotland.  In addition, Renee was named PGA of America First Lady of Golf, the LPGA Rolex For the Love of the Game Award, the PGA Tour Card Walker Award, the USGA Ike Grainger Award, the LPGA Pioneer Award, an honorary doctorate of Public Service from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and in 2008 Renee became the third American in 600 years to receive an honorary doctorate from The University of St. Andrews, Scotland.  Subsequently, the University named a residence hall in her honor. Renee is the member of several boards including the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Mercy Medical Center, Pathway Caring for Children, and as a former board member of the PGA of America.  Ms. Powell will advise and work with Clarity.Golf on Clarity's stated mission to actively support and promote inclusion and diversity in the world of golf.

Mary Beth Lacy, Consulting Founder
Mary Beth is a graduate of Furman University, where she participated as a member of the women's golf team.  She formerly headed press relations for the PGA TOUR, and was the Vice President of Marketing for Lynx Golf.  Mary Beth is the founder of Mary Beth Lacy, Inc., a public relations firm focused exclusively on creating and implementing successful public relations strategies and first-rate special events for golf industry clients.  The firm has played an instrumental role in the growth of such industry notables as Adams Golf, aboutGolf, Miura Golf, Antigua, Martin Golf, Tommy Hilfiger Golf and Sunice.  Over the past decade, Mary Beth’s strong relationships with the golf media have made her highly effective at generating publicity for her clients. The firm provides total media relations support based on the individual needs of each client, who have come to expect timely and thorough exposure in regional, national and international media in the form of releases, articles, product listings, product reviews, personal interviews, the creation of campaigns for golf destinations and the organization of FAM trips to those destinations.  Among golf's established press, Mary Beth is considered as clearly the best golf publicist in the industry.  Mrs. Lacy will work closely with Clarity.Golf with respect to outreach to the golf community through the golf press, and will coordinate with Ms. Powell with respect to the promotion of Clarity's goals to support and promote inclusion and diversity in golf.

Dr. Martin Brouillette, Contributing Founder
Dr. Martin Brouillette is a tenured professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sherbrooke, Quebec.  Dr. Brouillette holds a B.Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Aeronautics from the California Institute of Technology, where he held the Guggenheim and Douglas Fellowships.  He is a renowned researcher in the fields of fluid mechanics, bioengineering and sports engineering.  Dr. Brouillette holds numerous international patents for technologies developed in his laboratory, which have led to two active startups and a number of commercialized products and commercial licenses.  Dr. Brouillette is a Technical Advisor for Golf Digest and has been a key contributor to its "Hot List" issue for more than fifteen years; he was also a consultant to Nike Golf from 2004 to 2016.  A well-known golf technology researcher, Dr. Brouillette has performed extensive work on golf club characterization, design and fitting and has developed measurement systems and algorithms capable of parsing data on clubheads, shafts, balls, individual shaft torques and loads during the golf swing, and individual golf shot presentation data to dynamically and rapidly model prescribed golf club design specs for individual players. He currently holds five active golf-related US patents. Clarity.Golf and Dr. Brouillette will exclusively advance and commercialize these technologies.
